Data controller

Data processed
- contact form: name, phone number, email address, requested date, activity, number of people and message;
- booking: identity, contact details, language, activity, date, time, equipment, quantities, prices and notes;
- card guarantee: technical identifiers and guarantee status sent by Stripe; Sport Dienville does not store your card number;
- technical data required for security, cart operation and audience measurement.
Purposes and legal bases
- answering contact requests and preparing a booking: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in answering requests;
- recording, managing and confirming a booking: performance of the contract;
- sending confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations: performance of the contract;
- saving a card as a no-show guarantee without an immediate charge: performance of the contract and Sport Dienville’s legitimate interest;
- securing the website, preventing abuse and keeping necessary evidence: legitimate interest and legal obligations;
- measuring audience to improve the website: legitimate interest, using Matomo configured without tracking cookies.
Recipients and service providers
Data is available only to authorised Sport Dienville staff and providers required to deliver the service:
- o2switch for website and application hosting;
- Brevo for transactional emails;
- Stripe for secure card guarantee registration;
- Elloha when the historical booking flow is still used during the transition;
- Matomo, self-hosted by Wolfpack Edition, for audience statistics.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers are governed by safeguards provided by the GDPR. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure interface.
Retention periods
- Contact requests
- Time needed to answer, then no more than 12 months after the last exchange.
- Unfinished cart
- The cart remains active for 7 days; identifying data is kept only as long as required for follow-up and support.
- Confirmed booking
- Duration of the business relationship, then 5 years for contractual evidence and disputes.
- Accounting records
- 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year.
- Audience measurement
- No more than 25 months, subject to the Matomo instance settings.
Local storage, cookies and external services
The cart, its recovery token and temporary journey state are kept in local or session storage in your browser. They are strictly required for the service you request. The Stripe form loads only when the card guarantee step begins.
Matomo is configured without tracking cookies and honours your browser’s Do Not Track signal. You can also disable or enable audience measurement for this browser here.
The Google Maps map on the Contact page loads only after you select “Show map”. Google then applies its own privacy rules.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
